Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in League City, TX is seeking a Managing Partner in Training to accelerate into Crunch culture with a high performance mindset. You will energize the team, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional member service in a fast-growing franchise.

You'll hire, onboard, coach and manage staff, maintain a clean facility, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance while growing the business with speed and integrity. Free gym membership included.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members.
• Experience in labor management and inventory control.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives and solve problems.
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software.
• Willingness to invest financially in Managing Partner opportunity.

Aufgaben

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Member focus in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7.
• Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring adequate staffing at all times.
• Ensure and monitor compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely restocking.
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and managing team performance.
