Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Longview, TX is seeking a Managing Partner in Training who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy culture. You’ll drive club profitability, energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and create a warm, hospitable environment for members and staff alike.

Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding, coaching, KPI tracking, payroll oversight, ensuring member satisfaction, maintaining a clean facility, and strict policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members required.
• Experience in Labor management and inventory control
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software
• Ability to invest financially in Managing Partner opportunity

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards
• Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance
• Member focused in delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7
• Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all time
• Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance
