Jiffy Lube seeks a General Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service center in Phoenix. You will manage daily operations, develop people, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding company standards.

As a hands-on leader, you will drive revenue, control costs, oversee safety, and coach a diverse team. The role rewards initiative, effective communication, and a commitment to growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail service management experience.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members; conduct evaluations.
• Drive financial performance: sales growth and profitability.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, and deposits.
• Complete paperwork for sales, cash receipts, and employee records.
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supplies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the District Manager.
