Jiffy Lube is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service center. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and develop a high-performance team while upholding standards.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic environment. Qualified candidates have at least 1+ year of retail service management, strong English communication, and the ability to manage diverse tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store, maintain clean, organized workspace
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members; conduct evaluations
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer retention
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and deposits
• Complete sales, cash receipts, and employee records paperwork
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, manage supply orders
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalations
• Assist with maintenance services and operate various vehicle types
• Enforce safety and OSHA/environmental compliance
• Perform tasks assigned by District Manager
