Job summary

The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a full-time Wraparound Case Manager to join the WRAP Program in Maine. The Case Manager provides home-based and community-based case management for youth and families with mental health or developmental needs.

The role supports High-Fidelity Wraparound practices, works with a multidisciplinary team, and requires local travel within specified counties. Responsibilities include attending monthly staff meetings, weekly supervision, and flexible hours including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Knowledge of serious and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, and trauma.
• At least two years experience working with families and children, preferably within the mental health system.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements for family visitation.
• Must pass criminal background, child protective service check & sex offender check.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based and community-based case management services to youth and families.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and weekly supervision with the supervisor.
• Consequently perform duties within the Wrap Program framework and team structure.
• Travel within the service area to meet clients and attend meetings.
