The Opportunity Alliance is hiring a full-time Children / Youth Case Manager for the Androscoggin County area. The role supports high-fidelity Wraparound services for youth aged 12-20 with mental health or developmental needs, delivering home- and community-based case management to families and children.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, and prefers experience with mental health systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Knowledge of serious and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, and trauma.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; even schedule including evenings.

Responsabilités

• Provide home-based and community-based case management services to youth and families in the Wraparound program.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in weekly supervision with the supervisor.
• Travel to meet clients offsite and within the service area as needed.
