The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a full-time Children / Youth Case Manager for the Wraparound / Family Services Program in Maine. The role covers home-based and community-based case management for youth aged 12-20 with mental health or developmental needs, serving Region 2 (Androscoggin County) with an office in South Portland.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field, at least two years’ experience with families, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with families and children.
• Knowledge of serious mental illness, substance use, and trauma.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work evenings; valid driving record.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and accompany family visits.

Responsabilités

• Provide home-based and community-based case management to youth and families.
• Attend weekly supervision with the designated supervisor.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings.
• Travel across Region 2 as needed to meet clients.
