Park Inc. is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to lead the valet team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, AR. You will drive guest experience, coach a fast-paced team, and set the tone for outstanding service.

Responsibilities include front-line leadership, operations oversight, guest liaison, talent development, and continuous improvement to ensure top-tier guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with client focus.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality or valet environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Line: supervise, train, and inspire our valet crew to deliver 5-star customer service.
• Master the Operations: manage shift schedules, ensure full coverage, and keep operations running smoothly.
• Be the Client & Guest Liaison: work closely with casino leadership and handle guest interactions with grace and charm.
• Develop Talent: coach, mentor, and retain top talent while building culture of teamwork and safety.
• Keep Quality High: perform
