Levy Restaurants is seeking a Special Events Bartender to serve at UW‑Madison's Camp Randall Stadium and Kohl Center Arena. You will mix drinks, provide fast, friendly service, and maintain a well‑stocked bar in a high‑energy environment during football games and events.

The role requires bartending experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to stand long hours. Certification in ServSafe and Food Handler is encouraged; training may be provided.

Formación

• Bartending experience required.
• Ability to work UW‑Madison football games and Kohl Center events.
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe and Food Handler certifications.
• Thrive in high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to liquor regulations and ensure safe service.
• Set up and maintain the bar with necessary supplies.
• Prepare garnishes, juices, and perishables with high quality.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take and craft drinks per recipes with proper portion control.
• Check IDs to verify age and prevent underage service.
• Monitor guests for intoxication and ensure compliance with laws.
• Keep bar clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Maintain an attractive bar display and stock levels.
• Perform other duties to support smooth operations.
