Compass Group USA is seeking a Clubs & Bars Supervisor for Camp Randall Stadium and The Kohl Center Arena. You will lead daily food & beverage operations during events, manage a service team, and uphold Levy's high standards of guest experience.

This hands-on role requires strong hospitality leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced sports and entertainment settings. On-site work with event-based schedules, including gameday pay with a $5 premium.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily food & beverage operations before, during, and after events to ensure high-quality service.
• Serve as the go-to expert on menus, product offerings, pricing, and packaging, communicating updates to the team.
• Maintain full operational readiness; ensure areas are stocked, prepped, and organized.
• Champion a guest-first culture; resolve concerns professionally and warmly.
• Manage inventory and product quality; minimize waste while preserving value.
• Oversee and update marketing and signage to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with Levy, Federal, and State health and sanitation regulations.
• Build strong relationships with guests, clients, and team members; seek feedback to improve service.
• Verify and manage opening and closing inventories.
• Uphold all company policies and guidelines.
• Promote responsible alcohol service and a safe environment for guests.
• Take on additional tasks to support smooth operations.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 (+ a $5 additional hourly rate for football gamedays!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily food & beverage operationsbefore, during, and after events to ensure seamless, high-quality service.

• Maintain full operational readiness, ensuring all assigned areas are well-stocked, prepped, and organized.
• Champion a guest-first culture, resolving concerns with professionalism and a warm, welcoming approach.
• Manage inventory and product quality, minimizing waste while maintaining value and consistency.
• Oversee and update marketing and signageto enhance the overall guest experience.
• Ensure strict compliancewith Levy, Federal, and State health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Build strong working relationships with guests, clients, and fellow Team Members, actively seeking feedback to elevate service.
• Accurately verify and manageopening and closing inventories.
• Uphold all company policies and guidelines.
• Promote responsible alcohol serviceand a safe environment for guests.
• Take on additional tasks that support smooth and successful operations.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year(s) of leadership experiencein hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
• A genuine passion for hospitality. You thrive in high-energy settings and enjoy creating memorable moments for guests.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and engage with guests.
• Willingness to obtain a Responsible Alcohol ServSafe& Food Handler's ServSafe.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
