Puttshack USA is seeking hospitable servers to deliver an elevated, high-energy dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service while maintaining a fun, team-focused atmosphere in a venue that blends hospitality with entertainment.

Responsibilities include handling orders, following allergy procedures, and contributing to a seamless guest journey through opening/closing side-work and ongoing collaboration with teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant serving and POS.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain local licenses and certifications.
• Experience transporting food and beverages safely.
• Sense of urgency and multitasking under pressure.
• Clear communication to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and build rapport.
• Take orders and deliver from friendly service.
• Follow allergy procedures and special requests.
• Ensure timely order delivery and table resets.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Work as part of a team and support opening/closing duties.
• Complete alcohol awareness training.
• Adhere to company policies and handbook.
• Handle side-work as assigned.
