Job summary

ISI® Elite Training Sarasota is seeking a passionate Performance Coach to deliver high-energy, coach-led sessions and build genuine relationships with our members. You will lead from the front, motivate members, and contribute to a community-centered culture that drives results.

You will promote energy, quality coaching, and excellence on the training floor while supporting sales and growth initiatives, in a vibrant, high-energy facility serving Sarasota and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized CPT certification is REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• 1+ years of experience in personal training, group fitness, or performance coaching preferred.
• Strong knowledge of movement mechanics, exercise science, training principles, and proper form.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently lead and command a group training environment.
• High-energy personality with a genuine passion for coaching.
• Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Active participation in a minimum of 2 ISI ABT sessions per week.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach group training sessions with energy, confidence, expertise, and enthusiasm.
• Deliver an elite member experience during every session.
• Demonstrate and coach proper movement technique, form, modifications, and progressions.
• Motivate and engage members throughout the session.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, high-performance training environment for all fitness levels.
• Build and maintain strong member relationships through accountability check-ins and encouragement.
• Monitor member performance and provide coaching, modifications, and progressions.
• Educate members on movement technique, form, and injury prevention.
• Support facility sales and member experience processes.
• Promote the facility, sessions, and ISI Sarasota community.
