ISI Elite Training is an emerging fitness franchise concept with over 45 locations nationwide and a vision to grow to 400 locations in 40 states within the next five years. We are proud partners of HYROX, the world’s premier indoor fitness competition designed for athletes of all levels.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head Performance Coach (HPC) to lead our coaching staff, deliver exceptional workouts, and build a results-driven, community-centered culture. This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in our Sarasota facility, positively impacting lives and fostering lasting member relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, and develop the coaching team.
• Ensure exceptional member experience and session delivery.
• Manage session scheduling and daily coaching operations.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and readiness.
• Execute and oversee the coach’s role in the sales process.
• Conduct weekly coach huddles and monthly development meetings.
• Monitor coaching performance; maintain accurate team documentation.
• Build and maintain strong member engagement through accountability check-ins and personal connections.

Leadership Duties

• Set and uphold coaching standards.
• Create a culture of recognition and team motivation.
• Collaborate with Facility Manager and Franchise Partner.
• Recruit and onboard top-tier coaching talent.
• Certify and onboard new coaches using ISI’s FranConnect training platform.
• Participate in leadership and development calls.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, NFPT, NPTI).
• Valid CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years of professional coaching or fitness management experience.
• Active participation in a minimum of 2 ISI ABT sessions per week.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Computer proficient; able to manage staff and member records.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
