Job summary

ISI® Elite Training Sarasota is seeking a Sales Leader to grow memberships and deliver an elite guest experience. You will connect with prospects, guide them to the right membership, and ensure every visitor leaves energized and informed.

This part-time, in-person role requires a confident, energetic communicator who follows up with leads by phone, text, email, and social media. You’ll collaborate with the Facility Manager and Performance Coaches to create an exceptional member journey.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and confident personality.
• Goal-oriented, organized, dependable, and accountable.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and prospect follow-up.
• Coachable and eager to grow.
• Passion for fitness and helping others.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and prospects.
• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current members.
• Respond to new leads and follow up by phone, text, email, and social media.
• Schedule prospects for their first ISI session.
• Introduce prospects to training, community, and membership options.
• Convert qualified prospects into new members.
• Support membership growth, retention, referrals, and facility goals.
• Maintain accurate prospect and member information.
• Assist with community outreach, events, and local partnerships.
• Work closely with Facility Manager and coaches to create a great member experience.
