Job Description

We are looking for high energy, motivating, charismatic, personable and confident personal trainers/group fitness instructors to join our team at ISI® Elite Training – St. Petersburg. As a coach, you will positively affect the lives of our members every time you coach a workout! Your coaching sessions involve designing and delivering energetic workouts that burn up to 1,000 calories in 50 minutes, build strength and endurance, and improve flexibility for members of all fitness levels.

Responsibilities

Specific job duties, requirements, and responsibilities vary between each ISI® Elite Training facility and more details will be provided by the facility manager if you are selected to move forward in the interview process.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a certified personal trainer or group fitness trainer.
• Certification through a nationally recognized organization (AFAA, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, etc.).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent personality.

Compensation

$30.00 to $35.00 per hour/session (based on experience) plus $13.00 per day worked cleaning fee.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability: once a month
• Day/evening shift and holidays (require weekend availability)
