This is a full-time role with hourly base pay plus commission. Weekend shifts are required, and performance bonuses unlock higher earnings through appointments set and lead quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or high-volume call environments.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Availability for listed shifts and at least one weekend day per week.
