Job summary

US Fitness seeks a dynamic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging classes and inspire members toward their goals. Partner with the Group Fitness Director to deliver a memorable fitness experience each session.

You'll teach various formats, maintain safety, track attendance, and promote programs while staying flexible with early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Certification and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification must be current.
• Specialty cert if your format requires it.
• Prior group teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, and engaging group classes.
• Create an inclusive class vibe and coach members toward goals.
• Greet members, build relationships, and maintain motivation.
• Promote club programs and upcoming events.
• Track attendance and schedule in MotionVibe; follow payroll procedures.
