Job summary

US Fitness in Frederick, MD is seeking a dynamic Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and partner with the Group Fitness Director to deliver an exceptional member experience. You will build community, boost confidence, and turn workouts into memorable moments for members.

You will lead safe, engaging classes, greet members, promote programs, and maintain class stats. Must keep certifications current and be flexible to early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification required (current).
• Prior group teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, fun group classes that meet member expectations.
• Create positive class vibe and coach members toward goals.
• Greet members pre-class and connect to keep them inspired.
• Promote club programs and upcoming events.
• Track attendance/schedule in MotionVibe and maintain class stats.
