Job summary

US Fitness is seeking a dynamic Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and collaborate with the Group Fitness Director to deliver unforgettable member experiences. You will foster a welcoming class vibe and help members reach their goals.

Greet members, promote programs, track attendance in MotionVibe, and support scheduling while ensuring safety and cleanliness. A current group fitness cert and CPR/AED are required, with prior teaching experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification.
• CPR/AED certification (current).
• Prior group teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, and fun group classes that exceed member expectations.
• Create a positive class vibe and coach members toward their goals.
• Greet members before class, high-five after, and build relationships that keep them inspired.
• Promote club programs and upcoming events.
• Track attendance/schedule in MotionVibe, follow payroll procedures, and keep simple class stats.
• Keep studios spotless: reset equipment and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Stay current: maintain certifications and attend required trainings.
• Support the schedule: follow sub policies and help cover as needed.
• Be flexible—early mornings, evenings, and weekends happen here!
