Job summary

US Fitness is seeking a dynamic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging classes and partner with the Group Fitness Director to deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience. You will build community, boost member confidence, and turn workouts into memorable moments in our studio.

You will coach with enthusiasm, manage class flow, promote programs, and maintain strong member relationships. A flexible schedule and current certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification.
• Specialty cert if your format requires it.
• CPR/AED certification (current).
• Prior group teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, and fun group classes that exceed member expectations.
• Create a positive class vibe and coach members toward their goals.
• Greet members before class, high-five after, and build relationships.
• Promote club programs and upcoming events.
• Track attendance and schedule in MotionVibe and follow payroll procedures.
• Keep studios clean and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Stay current with required certifications and trainings.
• Support the schedule and cover as needed.
• Be flexible with early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
