Job summary

US Fitness is seeking a dynamic Group Fitness Instructor to partner with the Group Fitness Director and team to deliver the ultimate fitness experience. Lead high-energy classes, coach members to reach goals, and promote programs while building a welcoming studio atmosphere.

You’ll thrive with clear on-mic and off-mic communication, contagious enthusiasm, organizational skills, and the ability to be the face of the brand in your studio.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification.
• Specialty cert if your format requires it.
• CPR/AED certification (current).
• Prior group teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, and fun group classes that exceed member expectations.
• Create a positive, inclusive class vibe and coach members toward their goals.
• Greet members before class and build relationships that keep them inspired.
• Promote club programs and upcoming events.
• Track attendance and schedule in MotionVibe; follow payroll procedures and keep stats.
• Keep studios clean; report maintenance or safety issues.
• Stay current: certifications and required trainings.
• Support the schedule and help cover as needed.
• Be flexible—early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
