Job summary

US Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead dynamic classes and partner with the Group Fitness Director to deliver a top-notch experience. You will create an inclusive vibe, coach members toward goals, and build relationships that keep them motivated and coming back.

You will promote programs, track attendance, follow payroll procedures, and stay current with certifications. This role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Group Fitness certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification must be current.
• Prior group teaching experience is preferred.
• Specialty certification may be required for certain formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, and fun group classes beyond member expectations.
• Create a positive class vibe and coach members toward goals.
• Greet members, build relationships, and keep them inspired.
• Promote club programs and upcoming events.
• Track attendance and schedule, follow payroll procedures, and keep class stats.
