Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a part-time Coach to deliver high-energy group workouts, engage members, and support studio sales. You will collaborate with the Head Coach and studio team to ensure a welcoming, results-driven environment and promote member retention.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of group fitness or training experience, OTf certification, and strong customer-service skills. This role requires flexible weekend availability and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related client-facing role preferred (0-1 year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, high-energy group workout experience for all members each class session.
• Provide a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating experience for all members and guests.
• Accurately complete and maintain all required member documentation in company systems.
• Support achievement of individual and team sales goals through outreach and follow-ups.
