Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a part-time Coach to lead high-energy group workouts in our Texas studios. The coach will engage multiple members, uphold Orangetheory programming, and contribute to member retention and sales with exceptional customer service.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year group fitness or personal training experience, a current Orangetheory certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Flexibility for evenings/weekends is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service, sales or hospitality experience preferred (0–1 year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, high-energy group workout experience for all members each class session.
• Provide a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating experience reflecting brand standards of Orangetheory Fitness.
• Accurately complete and maintain required member documentation and records.
• Participate in scheduled team meetings, trainings, and ongoing development.
• Assist in communicating membership options and answering questions about programs and services.
• Support achievement of individual and team sales goals through outreach and follow-ups.
• Build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment in alignment with company standards.
• Communicate with members across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email, text).
• Process sales transactions accurately and with attention to detail.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred
