Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a part-time Coach to lead high-energy, science-based group workouts in our Wisconsin studio. You will deliver engaging sessions, support member retention, and assist with sales and studio operations under the Head Coach guidance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of group fitness or personal training, and an approved Orangetheory certification (NASM/ACE/ACSM/NSCA or equivalent). Flexible weekends and holidays offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year group fitness or personal training experience.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved certification (NASM/ACE/ACSM/NSCA or equivalent) required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional certifications welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, high-energy group workouts for members each class.
• Provide welcoming, inclusive experiences reflecting brand standards.
• Assist with member onboarding, sales, and studio operations.
• Communicate program options clearly and respond to questions.
• Support retention goals through member interaction and follow-ups.
