Como experto en la primera línea de atención, no te limitarás a tomar pedidos: gestionarás relaciones clave con clientes, resolverás obstáculos técnicos en la cadena de suministro y garantizarás que nuestros socios de impresión comercial nunca sufran interrupciones en su actividad.

• Gestionar el ciclo completo del pedido: Procesar con precisión los pedidos entrantes de suministros offset, productos químicos, tintas y materiales de señalización a través de teléfono, correo electrónico y portales ERP.
• Brindar soporte técnico sobre suministros: Actuar como recurso experto para asesorar a los clientes sobre especificaciones de productos, sustituciones y plazos de entrega.
• Resolver problemas de forma proactiva: Colaborar directamente con los equipos de inventario, logística y ventas técnicas para agilizar envíos urgentes de material gráfico y resolver discrepancias en el cumplimiento de pedidos.
• Fidelizar a los clientes: Transformar transacciones rutinarias en relaciones duraderas mediante un seguimiento constante y un servicio entusiasta y dinámico.
