Responsibilities

• Report directly to the GM/Owner.
• Work alongside the management team and staff to keep operations cohesive.
• Answer guest and staff questions.
• Help to expedite orders.
• Help to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Inventory and loss prevention management.
• Assist with ordering and receiving of product.
• Day-to-day managing of a staff of 30+ people.
• Scheduling staff and managing labor expenses.
• Upkeep of daily logs and incident reports.
• Fulfilling other rolls and responsibilities as needed.
