Job summary

Molly's In Soulard in St. Louis, MO is seeking a full-time bar/restaurant manager to lead a high-volume, high-energy operation. You will report to the GM/Owner and work with the management team to maintain cohesive service and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year bar management experience, open availability for weeknights and weekends, solid references, and an openly positive attitude about our establishment and industry.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the management team and staff to keep operations cohesive.
• Answer guest and staff questions.

• Inventory and loss prevention management.
• Assist with ordering and receiving of product.
• Day-to-day managing of a staff of 30+ people.
• Scheduling staff and managing labor expenses.
• Upkeep of daily logs and incident reports.
• Fulfilling other rolls and responsibilities as needed.
