Job summary

Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to drive daily operations, lead a team, and boost sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

The AGM will support the GM, oversee cash handling and inventory, and own operations in the GM’s absence, with a focus on safety and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience
• Valid driver's license
• Basic math skills (percentages)
• Comfortable using computers and internet tools
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures
• Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule team members
• Lead by example using service standards while performing lube services
• Create a positive guest experience and resolve concerns
• Ensure environmental, health & safety compliance
• Take ownership of operations when the GM is away
