Job summary

Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced service environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to optimize sales, manage inventory, scheduling, and safety standards while maintaining a welcoming, efficient shop.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of retail management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to stand long

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work legally in the U.S.
• Comfort with basic math, computer use, and forms.
• Ability to stand long hours, lift 50+ lbs, and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule team members.
• Lead by example using service standards and perform lube services.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Maintain EH&S compliance and take ownership when GM is away.
