Job summary

Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube in Georgia is seeking a High-Energy Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team that delivers outstanding guest experiences.

As AGM, you will report to the General Manager, own shift results when GM is away, oversee cash handling, inventory, and staffing, and uphold safety and service standards while modeling J Team Service. This role offers growth in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.)
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Responsibilities

• Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures
• Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members
• Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services
• Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalism
• Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance
• Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away
