On the Go (OTG) is hiring a Bartender for MSP locations. The role focuses on delivering warm hospitality, guiding guests through menu options, and supporting a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment in airport settings.

You will prepare cocktails, manage orders, and maintain cleanliness while collaborating with a team to ensure exceptional guest experiences. FAA-aligned safety and compliance are emphasized.

Qualifikationen

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
• 1-2 years of prior Bartending experience + ability to prepare cocktails and perform full bartending duties.
• Great grasp of restaurant and beverage steps of service. Familiarity with beer, liquor, and wine.
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; must become TIPS certified within 90 days and ServeSafe or equivalent within 30 days.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs and staying active throughout the shift.
• Open availability; schedules may include early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must meet local age requirements for serving alcohol; authorized to work in the United States.

• Deliver warm, memorable hospitality following OTG steps of service.
• Guide guests through the menu with enthusiasm and dietary considerations.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain smooth dining floor operations.
• Handle orders and payments with accuracy, following cash handling policies.
• Create welcoming atmosphere and maintain a high-energy, high-volume service rhythm.
• Prepare drinks and ensure timely delivery; assist with kegs, CO2 tanks, and soda guns as needed.
• Coordinate with Chefs and Managers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Follow safety and sanitation regulations and keep bar areas clean.
• Attend trainings and meetings; inform leadership of inventory or equipment issues.
