Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent or fully conversational in English.
• Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment and ServeSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, memorable hospitality following OTG steps of service and SOPs.
• Guide guests through the menu, highlight items, and accommodate dietary needs.
• Handle orders, payments, and special requests with accuracy and a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and ensure safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Participate in training and team meetings, and support teammates as needed.
