CarGuys Inc. is seeking an administrative assistant in Grand Rapids to drive results and support our recruiting team. You will organize chaotic schedules, manage data insights, and help research candidates while ensuring smooth PTO processes.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent admin experience, strong communication, and superb organization. This on-site role offers growth, a competitive hourly wage, and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent administrative experience.
• Experience as admin assistant, especially in recruiting is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and results-driven mindset.
