Lexus of Bellevue is seeking a Vehicle Advisor to guide customers through shopping, buying, leasing, financing, protecting, and delivering new and pre-owned vehicles on the showroom floor. You will prospect and follow up with customers while maintaining thorough records and privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in shopping, purchasing, leasing, financing, protecting, accessorizing, learning about, and taking delivery of vehicles with superior service.
• Prospect and follow up with current and future customers to build a pipeline.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of communications and transactions while ensuring privacy requirements.
• Maintain knowledge on Lexus products, financing options, and protection products for informed presentations.
• Meet sales quotas for vehicle and FPP goals and deliver Elite level customer satisfaction.
