Job summary

Lithia & Driveway in Bellevue, WA is seeking an accomplished Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department. This onsite role offers a commission-based annual pay range of $55,000-$60,000, with a structured schedule and opportunities for growth within Lithia Motors.

You will support technicians, service staff, and customers by accurately identifying and ordering parts and promoting accessory sales. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a high-volume automotive parts environment, Toyota experience

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume automotive parts environment.
• 2+ years of experience with automotive systems and parts cataloging (Toyota experience ideal).
• Customer service capabilities and confidence with upselling products.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to grow within the company.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering.
• Manage inventory, maintaining an organized parts department.
• Process orders and ensure seamless delivery.
• Build relationships with customers and vendors.
• Promote parts and accessory sales to maximize revenue.
• Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
