Qualifications

• Previous experience at any new car dealership preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verify work was properly performed and diagnosed.
• Research vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
• Inputting and maintaining customer information.
• Complete work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
• Use telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day.
• Schedule service appointments.
