The role emphasizes building rapport, assessing customer needs, and recommending RV solutions while maintaining knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in high-ticket settings (RV, automotive, real estate).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable onsite work, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the RV buying process from inquiry to final sale.
