Good Life RV in Webster City, IA is recruiting a Top Sales Associate to help clients select the RV that best fits their needs and to deliver a high-quality customer experience while driving new and used RV sales.

You will perform effective demonstrations, maintain follow-up with prospects, and use a CRM system to manage leads. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential at a growing family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

• Must have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases.
• Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Help clients select the unit which best fits their needs.
• Provide a high quality, professional experience while generating sales for new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstrations and feature walk around presentations.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients.
• Utilize prospect management systems as required.
• Attend all meetings and trainings as required.
• Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments.
• Know current inventory, be enthusiastic and have strong communication with management.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
• May cross train to perform other duties.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
