Hilltop Camper & RV in Oronoco, MN, is seeking a Service Advisor to guide customers through service and repair needs and to schedule work so their campers are back on the road.

You will document customer needs, dispatch work to technicians, ensure work is completed before pickup, and follow up to confirm satisfaction. Prior experience as a Service Advisor/Writer is preferred.

As a Service Advisor for Hilltop Camper & RV, you will interact with customers regarding their service/repair needs so they can get their Camper or RV back on the road to have more family fun. If you’re rewarded by creating customers for life because of the strength of your service, please read on.

Every day you’ll interact professionally with customers to document their service/repair needs, schedule service appointments, dispatch work to the service technicians, ensure all service/repairs are completed prior to the customer pick-up, and follow-up with customers to make sure their service needs have been resolved. To thrive in this position, you’ll have prior work experience as a Service Advisor/Writer.
