Kunes Auto & RV Group is seeking an RV Sales Consultant to guide customers to the right RV, travel trailer, or motorhome and build lasting relationships. You’ll lead customers from welcome on the lot through the final sale, aiming for satisfaction and referrals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• State Sales License (or ability to obtain one)
• Clear and effective communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for managing transactions and calculations
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous RV, automotive, or outdoor/camping industry sales experience

Responsibilities

• Sell a variety of RVs, travel trailers, and motorhomes each month while prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Welcome customers, help them find their perfect RV, and explain product features and benefits
• Prepare and process all sales paperwork accurately and in line with dealership policies
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Conduct engaging, safe test drives following safety protocols
• Stay informed about latest RV models and trends to enhance your expertise
• Participate in product and sales training sessions to improve skills
• Establish personal income goals and develop strategies to achieve them
• Actively pursue opportunities for professional growth through dedication and performance
