Freeway Chevrolet is seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor in Chandler, AZ to educate customers on routine maintenance, present service recommendations, and guide them through the service process. You will collaborate with Express Technicians, parts, and service teams to deliver a smooth, positive experience and ensure timely work.

The role demands customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to close repair orders while maintaining excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Prior automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer appointments to ensure an efficient service experience.
• Determine vehicle service needs based on customer concerns, vehicle inspections, and current mileage.
• Educate customers on recommended maintenance and available services.
• Write accurate repair orders, including transparent cost and time estimates.
• Obtain customer authorization for recommended services.
• Process customer payments and close completed repair orders.
• Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
• Keep customers informed of their vehicle's service status and any additional recommendations.
• Follow up with customers regarding their service experience and overall satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire service process.
