Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction Company is expanding across DFW and seeking motivated sales professionals to help homeowners recover after storm damage. No roofing experience is required; paid training, mentorship, and the tools to succeed are provided.

Earn uncapped income with base pay during training, per-claim pay during training, and commissions. First-year earnings are projected at $100K–$150K+, with top earners reaching $250K+ annually.

Qualifications

• No roofing experience required; attitude and coachability emphasized.
• Willingness to work outdoors and go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days).

Responsibilities
