Heritage Roofing & Construction in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sales & Project Manager – Roofing Sales to drive growth in storm-damaged neighborhoods. No roofing experience required—the company provides paid training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.

This role offers uncapped income potential with first-year earnings of $100K–$150K, top earners $250K+. Expect hands-on coaching, a full benefits package after 60 days, and a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with door-to-door canvassing

Formación

• No roofing experience required; training provided.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a pickup truck.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable outdoors.

Responsabilidades

• Canvass and build relationships with homeowners.
• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect and educate homeowners about restoration.
• Identify storm damage and explain restoration process clearly.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims from inspection to approval.
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish with excellent service.
• Generate referrals and build long-term territory relationships.

What You'll Do

• Canvass & Build Relationships
• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
• Inspect & Educate
• Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently
• Guide Homeowners Through Insurance Claims
• Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service
