Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding across DFW and seeks motivated individuals to join as Sales & Project Manager for storm restoration. No roofing experience is required as we provide paid training, mentorship, and tools to succeed.

We offer uncapped income potential with base pay during training, per-claim pay, plus commission, and a full benefits package after 60 days. Expect a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with coaching and leadership support.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and competitive.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Valid drivers license and a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire).
• No roofing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Canvass & Build Relationships.
• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners.
• Inspect & Educate.
• Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently.
• Guide Homeowners Through Insurance Claims.
• Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval.
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Build Your Pipeline through referrals and long-term relationships in your territory.
