Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction Company is expanding across the DFW area and seeking a dynamic Sales & Project Manager for storm restoration. No roofing experience is required; paid training, mentorship, and tools are provided to help homeowners recover after storm damage.

First-year performers can earn $100K–$150K+, with top earners $250K+ annually. Base pay during training, per-claim pay during training, and commissions drive an uncapped income, along with a full benefits package after 60 days.

• Comfortable working outdoors
• Valid driver’s license and a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire)
• No experience required—we hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability.

• Canvass & Build Relationships
• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
• Inspect & Educate
• Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently
• Guide Homeowners Through Insurance Claims
• Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service
• Build Your Pipeline
• Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory
