Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding across DFW and seeking a Sales & Project Manager to drive roofing sales and manage projects from start to finish. You will canvass, build relationships with homeowners, educate about restoration, and guide insurance claims with confidence.

No roofing experience is required; paid training, mentorship, and hands-on coaching are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, uncapped earning environment in the Dallas area.

• Willing to work outdoors and travel in storm-affected neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Canvass and build relationships with homeowners.
• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners.
• Inspect properties and educate homeowners on restoration needs.
• Identify storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims from inspection to approval.
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering excellent customer service.
• Generate referrals and build long-term relationships in your territory.
