Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding across the Dallas–Fort Worth area and seeking a Sales & Project Manager to lead storm restoration projects while delivering outstanding customer service. You will manage from inspection to completion and build a strong client-focused pipeline.

No roofing experience is required—paid training, mentorship, and hands-on coaching are provided to help you earn quickly in a fast-paced, uncapped commission role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a pickup within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Canvass and build relationships with homeowners.
• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect properties and educate homeowners on restoration.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and process steps.
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish with excellent service.
• Build and maintain your sales pipeline in your territory.

What You'll Do

• Canvass & Build Relationships
• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
• Inspect & Educate
• Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently
• Guide Homeowners Through Insurance Claims
• Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service

• Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory
