Guardian Protection is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Cincinnati, OH to deliver compelling in-home and on-site presentations of our security solutions. You will close residential and small business leads and guide clients through installation and service.

This role features uncapped commissions with a first-year on-target earnings of $60,000 to $100,000, a twelve-month guarantee, immediate benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the Guardian Protection family.

Qualifications

• Strong prospecting, networking, and follow-up experience is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Closing residential and small business leads.
• Delivering compelling in-home and on-site sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborating with clients to educate, design, and oversee the installation and service of Guardian product lines.
• Managing relationships within Guardian Builder Communities.
• Engaging in direct canvassing and strategic marketing efforts.
