Qualifications

• Strong prospecting, networking, and follow-up experience is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Closing residential and small business leads.
• Delivering compelling in-home and on-site sales presentations.
• Collaborating with clients to oversee installation and service.
• Managing relationships within Guardian Builder Communities.
• Engaging in direct canvassing and marketing efforts.
